Sean Bean (Game of Thrones, The Martian) gives a mesmerizing performance as Father Michael Kerrigan, the well-liked, well-meaning priest of a multi-colored flock in northern England. How can he help parishioners who wrestle with gambling addiction, homophobia and poverty? Would a schizophrenic teenager still be alive if Father Michael had answered a late-night phone call? Harrowing, heartbreaking and ultimately hopeful, Broken renews your faith in the power of day-at-a-time kindness and grace.
