We may collect account details such as your name and email address; authentication and session data; wishlist or notification activity; marketing preferences; and technical information about your browser, device, pages viewed, searches, and link interactions.

Marketing records may include sends, deliveries, bounces, complaints, opens, visits, and unsubscribe activity. Some email addresses in our outreach records were associated with past Redbox accounts; Watch Play Shop is independent and not affiliated with Redbox.

Public pages may use PostHog for page-view analytics, selected interaction events, identified account profiles, and session recording. Administrative pages are excluded. Marketing emails may use a small open pixel and tracked links. Browser storage, cookies, and similar technologies support sessions, preferences, attribution, and analytics.

We use service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, and email delivery, including Amazon SES and SendGrid. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction. Retailer links take you to separate sites governed by their own privacy policies.

Marketing emails provide an opt-out link, and the site may offer a marketing preference prompt. You may decline nonessential marketing without losing access to public browsing. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including suppression records used to honor opt-outs.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Watch Play Shop is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
