TAKE HOME A POUND PUPPY! HUCKLEBERRY HOUND: Rediscover one of the most beloved good ol’ hound dogs ever with episodes of The HuckleBerry Hound Show. The cool canine charmed early TV audiences with his unique personality, a slow southern drawl and fast wit that’ll win you over across four delightful discs. Viewers also got familiar with Pixie and Dixie (and nemesis Mr. Jinks the cat, who hated meeses to pieces”) and future icons Yogi Bear and sidekick Boo Boo, all of whom starred in their own segments. Now in brilliant blue and every other color – and fully remastered and restored – Huckleberry welcomes the a new generation to the retro-hip zaniness of the first animated series to win an Emmy® along with Special Features to raise many a howl! HONG KONG PHOOEY: Hong Kong Phooey, a somewhat inept super-hero and a master of kung fu and martial arts is always on alert for crime. He gets tip-offs from the police station where he works as Penrod "Penry" Pooch, the mild mannered janitor. Whenever Penry overhears a call for help he quickly dives into a filing cabinet and changes into his karate outfit and then hops into his Phooeymobile. Despite his fallings, and thanks to Spot, his cat, Hong Kong Phooey always manages to save the day. He is a beloved superhero to all who know him. TEX AVERY'S DROOPY: A dog may be man’s best friend but a cartoon fan’s best friend is Droopy, the diminutive basset hound created by animation legend Tex Avery. No matter the challenge, deadpan Droopy remains unflappable. Yes, there are jowly fold but no flaps. Not ever. Droopy speaks slowly but thinks fast. He moves slowly but pops up quicker than a dog can lick a dinner dish, anywhere he needs to be. He’s the ideal counterpoint to Avery’s trend-setting sight gags, extended reactions and hilarious unpredictability. DASTARDLY & MUTTLEY IN THEIR FLYING MACHINES: Dick Dastardly and his snickering canine co-pilot Muttley plot to "stop that pigeon" aboard their World War I flying machines in this popular spinoff of Wacky Races featuring the legendary vocal talents of Paul Winchell (Tigger) and Don Messick (Scooby-Doo). When muttering Muttley ("rassuh-frazza-pazza") decides he's finally had enough, he flies off into his own fantasy world where he gets to be the boss for a change! So get ready to take off into the wild blue laughter - with a cargo of fun.
